Data handling on this website, in plain terms.

| What is collected here | This is a plain informational site with no accounts, no logins and no personalisation, so there is very little to collect. We install no analytics package, no ad pixels and no tracking scripts of our own. What remains is the ordinary server log every website has: IP address, timestamp, the page asked for, and the browser and device details your software reports. We do not use those records to build a profile of you, and we do not sell personal information. |
| Age of readers | These pages are for adults who have reached the legal gambling age (18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada). Nothing here is directed at under-age readers, and we knowingly collect no data from them. |
| Commercial links | Links to casino operators on this site may carry a referral marker so an operator can credit the visit to us. We do not learn your name from it, but referral markers, click identifiers, IP addresses and similar technical data can still count as personal information under data-protection law, so we would rather say so plainly than claim otherwise. |
| Cookie use | We place no cookies ourselves, whether for analytics, advertising or preferences. Our security and content-delivery provider may set essential cookies needed to filter malicious traffic and keep the site available. Nothing in that is advertising, and you can block cookies and still read every page. |

Where our processing falls within their scope, Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR apply. Which of them applies is a question of where we operate and whom we aim at, not of where you happen to be reading from. |
| Your choices | Where the law provides it, and subject to its exceptions, you can ask what we hold and request access, correction or erasure. Rights to object, to restrict processing, to portability, to withdraw consent and to complain to a regulator may apply too, depending on your jurisdiction. | Third-party operators | When you follow an outbound link to Casino Zodiac or any other operator, you leave this site and that operator's own privacy policy takes over. What those companies collect is outside our control, and we can see nothing of your account, deposits or verification with them. |
